Become a Wizard At Reading People With This System
The New Age Marketing / Persuasion System
Hey guys Happy Thursday!
Today will be a short one but it will go hand and hand with Monday’s book summary which was also based on different personality types!
I want to tell you about another system that’s based on 4 main personality types.
Action, Practical, Emotional, and Social.
Every human contains one but the trick is to find the most dominant ones and the weakest ones in yourself and other people.
This system has been proven to be safe and sound based on what we know about the human brain.
If you can become a master and a wizard at understanding psychometrics and personality types, you’ll do 100x better in business, relationships, and just overall life.
Because not only will you understand yourself, but also other people.
In your social life, you need to pick the right partner and form the right relationships.
It starts with understanding who they are so you can appeal to their specific personality type.
In sales, business, and marketing, you can’t be the person with a hammer where every problem looks like a nail.
So if you only have one tool in your tool belt, you’re going to have the hammer syndrome.
You try to hit everything with the hammer because to you everything looks like a nail.
But not everything responds to being hit.
Same thing with people.
Not everyone will respond to one sales message, or one marketing technique because everyone is different.
So you must have different tools and bring each out for that specific occasion.
To be persuasive and communicate messages is what marketing really is, and you can use this system for that.
In each trait, I’ll put a green check emoji next to the ones that I dominate.
PASE System
PRACTICAL
Practical people are logical✅
Very methodical person ✅
Slower, planner and likes to move on their timeframe
Love keeping routines✅
Change is not their thing
Hates spontaneous things popping up
ACTION
Fast pase people, more energetic ✅
Aggressive people ✅
Quick to start things but doesn’t always finish✅
Loves to start new things ✅
SOCIAL
Very talkative
Likes to be around people for no reason
you’ll just talk to anybody and like meeting people with small talk that you’ll never see again
Needs social proof to do things ✅
EMOTIONAL
Fear-based
Overly sensitive, sensitive about being sensitive
Slower to start things
Hide their true emotions from most people unless they’re close to you ✅
Very investigative and interested in reading new people ✅
My personality type is A.P.E.S.
40% action.
35 practical.
15% emotional.
10% social.
Remember we all have a little bit of each of these, some are just more dominant than others.
No one is just one type.
You should try this on yourself first and then try to find out other people’s types by observing them.
Final Thoughts
I know this week was packed with personality types and psychometrics, but the goal is for you and me to become a master at reading people.
You can practice everywhere you go.
With your family, going out to eat when you’re talking with the waiter, and even with strangers.
You have to be a social chameleon.
You have to change tools and be able to match everyone’s personality type.
It isn’t about you being a disingenuous manipulative person, but it’s about being able to adapt to anywhere and anyone.
Now one thing I should say is you should obviously turn this off sometimes.
You don’t always want to be reading your close friends, or your other half’s personality types.
Be a social chameleon…
Chameleons change colors depending on what’s around them so they can survive.
This has to be you.
You must have different tools in your tool belt that you can draw out for different situations…
