The majority of men struggle with masculinity.
How to be a man is something most guys have never been taught.
On top of that, in the modern world guys are shamed for being masculine.
It’s no longer honorable to be a masculine man that protects and provides.
And because of that, sometimes it isn’t even the guy’s fault.
We’re conditioned to be weak, feminine, and submissive.
We’ve been brainwashed to not be strong anymore.
So many men struggle with feeling soft, and weak, and don’t know what the issue is.
Men being too feminine is the issue.
Men not embracing masculinity is the issue.
The men of this generation are weak…
And strong men will be needed soon…

10 Ways To Practice Masculinity
1. Discover Your Purpose
Having a purpose is the why of your life.
There’s a natural desire inside of you to make progress to meaningful work.
You need to figure out what that meaningful work is for you.
What work can you do that helps people, is valuable and, bigger than you?
2. Keep Your Focus On The Mission
This is the biggest piece of advice I can give to men that want to become more masculine.
Set goals, obsess over them, and always keep your focus on the mission.
Your thoughts and emotions will be all over the place and if you just act on those emotions, you won’t make good progress.
If you’re not making progress toward your mission, you won’t feel good about yourself.
Progress is what brings happiness and fulfillment.
3. Prioritize Improving Your Mental Health
If you want to be more masculine, you must improve your mental health.
Good mental health determines your work rate and productivity.

Watching porn will kill your mental health and masculinity.
Just go for a couple of months without sex or orgasms.
You’ll notice how much more masculine and energetic you start to feel.
5. Serious Dating Or Nothing At All
If you are a man in your early years, you need to focus on building yourself.
Either have a partner early on that will support you through that, something serious.
Or nothing at all.
None of this casual dating, tinder, and dating apps bullshit.
6. Chase Freedom
Achieving freedom is a masculine man’s greatest desire.
There are 3 types of freedom you need to make progress towards daily.
Time freedom.
Financial freedom.
Location freedom.
True freedom only comes from having all 3.
7. Form a Tribe
Men need tribes, especially masculine men.
Competition, increase in testosterone, decrease in loneliness, and increase in strength all come from being in a real tribe.
We’ve been taught to be lone wolves but true power is manpower.
A group of guys that will go to war with you, have fun with you, make money with you, but also keep you accountable.
8. Masculinity In a Relationship
You must be a strong leader that leads and looks after his women.
The guy who works his ass off to protect and provide while your woman has this beautiful feminine energy that’s fully secured, safe, and submissive to you.
Not the other way around.
9. Practice Stoicism
Being stoic is a lot of things, but for me, the most important message about stoicism is emotional stability.
Being able to control your emotions no matter what life throws at you.
In the middle of a shit storm, still being calm and collective.
Those are the men that survive.
10. Combat Skills
MMA, boxing, kickboxing, jujitsu, etc.
Pick one and commit to getting good at it.
You need to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones if you are ever put in the position to do so.

These are the steps I’m taking daily to increase my masculine energy.
There are sacrifices you’ll have to make and you’ll have to work harder than ever to succeed in this journey.
But it’s more than worth it.
This journey is the most important journey you’ll ever go on.
The journey of becoming a man.
