9 Life Changing Lessons From Andrew tate - Top G
Some people will see the title of this and won’t even click it.
They’re probably some Tate haters.
But you don’t have to like a person to learn from them.
Do you really think there’s nothing to learn from an ultra-successful person like Andrew Tate?
if you are not open to seeing different points of view and thinking for yourself, exit right now I’ll save you the controversy.
This newsletter isn’t for you.
Andrew Tate has basically turned into the most famous man on the planet from his lifestyle and what he says on the internet.
I don’t agree with everything Tate says, but I’m a huge fan of him.
Masculinity is dying…
Men are not men anymore…
So I’m glad that someone like Tate came around to remind us how men should be living their lives.
A life of honor and integrity.
A life of hardship, pain, struggle, and hard work.
He makes people think for themselves and that’s what I respect most about him.
A lot of things he says are controversial now but it wouldn’t be controversial 40 years ago.
Everything he says is very traditional and things that have been true for ages.
I truly believe in that.
But the world has just lost its mind and it starts with the puppet masters from above trying to brainwash you.
Let’s get into these 9 life-changing lessons…
1. Depression Isn’t Real
Feeling depressed is real but clinical depression isn’t real.
The idea of saying someone is clinically depressed and there is nothing you can do about it is promoting helplessness and that’s the reason people are killing themselves.
Stop accepting the identity of a clinically depressed person.
Why would you want to accept that anyways?
Depression is a shield for living a crappy life because you don’t have to say you’re fat, lonely, broke, or addicted to social media and junk food…
Instead, you can just cope and say you’re depressed and everyone will give you the benefit of the doubt.
When you believe in something you give it power.
Don’t believe in being a depressed person.
Stop accepting you have no control over what you feel.
Take some accountability and stop defending depression like it’s your best friend.
It’s mindblowing that people will defend being a depressed person like their life depends on it.
But there’s no reason to have beliefs about things that don’t serve you.
It doesn’t serve you so why would you believe in it?
Only keep in mind the things that actually help you.
Instead, believe this is how you currently feel because you’re living your life the wrong way.
Do whatever it takes to make your life better and fight against how you currently feel.
2. Turn Negative Emotions Into Unlimited Energy
Tate says the biggest periods of transformation and when he made his biggest progress, was when everything in his life was going wrong.
If you’re depressed and anxious use that as energy to do amazing things.
Same thing with heartbreak and any other situation.
It doesn’t matter what life throws at you, use it as an opportunity to level up.
Use anything that happens to you as fuel.
Energy cannot be destroyed, it can only be converted and transferred.
Feeling emotions is a beautiful thing only if you use them correctly and don’t let them stop you from what you have to do.
You’re never going to fully turn your emotions off but you have to learn how to process them and turn them into a positive.
This lesson helped me tremendously through my breakup.
Made me remember who I am.
3. Prioritize Masculinity
The problem with modern men is that they’re too weak.
Testosterone levels are at all-time lows.
There’s a men's mental health crisis going on and no one seems to care.
Men are believed to think that if they do all the things that men have been doing for thousands of years, it’s toxic masculinity.
But it’s not, in fact, I would argue it’s genuine masculinity.
Genuine masculinity is not here to hurt people, it’s the opposite.
Genuine masculinity is here to protect and provide.
Masculine men have a duty to provide and protect those they care about.
They have a duty to do things they don’t feel like doing because it’s their duty, not because they feel like it.
Men have become too soft and emotional and there’s nothing more dangerous than overly emotional and weak men.
In the modern world, they’re teaching us to act on our feelings and be weak.
To cry more and say it’s okay to feel things and have no self-control.
This is so wrong in so many ways…
Men acting out on their feelings is where school shootings and violence come from.
But if you find a man who’s stoic, he’s not going to hurt people.
He’s going to be a good man who thinks about his actions and protects and provides for his loved ones.
These are things we’re supposed to do, it’s why we stayed on the Titanic and died.
4. God Is Always Watching
You need to live like god is always watching.
Do the right thing even when you have the opportunity to do bad things.
Do what’s right even when no one is watching or when you won’t get caught.
Be honest, polite, and have a good heart.
That will get you far in life, god will reward you in the end.
For men, next time you jack off, remind yourself that God is watching and probably disappointed in you.
You can’t be the person who knows that you are the sum of the 5 people you hang out with and still hang out with losers.
You have to stop hanging around people you don’t want to be, and leave some people behind.
Build a tribe of people who will go to war with you.
A social circle that’s just as badass as you.
Find people you can enjoy being around but also grow with.
6. Walk Through Life With an Instilled Duty
There are duties that men must fulfill.
Life as a man is extremely difficult because we’re born without value, and that can be the most terrifying or most beautiful thing.
It’s terrifying for the weak men that don’t want to work hard and do what needs to be done because they expect someone to come to save them.
It’s beautiful for the real men who realize you get to build from zero and be whatever you choose to be.
But you have to want it.
You can’t do that if you’re weak.
You do have to prove yourself and to everyone else.
You should walk through life with a force in you.
Wake up every day and focus on a mission so you can conquer.
Your ancestors didn’t go through all the struggle they did thousands of years ago so you can be a loser that smokes weed and jacks off all day.
Push yourself every day to the limit.
Make sure your ancestors will look at you and think everything was worth it.
7. See Life As a Chessboard
When you’re playing chess you’re always looking to make the best move on the chessboard.
That can be transferred into life.
Making the best move on the chessboard is a life philosophy.
Sometimes you look at your position on the board and realize something is wrong…
But you still have to look for the best move regardless of how bad things are.
There’s always a best move and a worst move no matter how bad the situation is.
Most people will get to a losing position and think they don’t have to make the best move anymore.
They broke their streak of no fap and because it’s broken they will continue to do it that day.
Or because they ate badly this morning and already skipped the workout, they will continue to eat dirty for the rest of the day.
No matter what happens, always think about what move will give you the best possible outcome.
That’s how you should always think and approach life.
Day after day over a long period, if you continue to always try to make the best move regardless if you’re winning or losing, you will be successful.
If you’re always making the best move and rarely making the worst move, it’s very hard to lose.
8. Seek to Suffer and Feel Pain
You have to suffer at some point to really learn any lessons.
Once you understand that you’re suffering because it’s going to make you a hero, then suffering will make sense.
Being a hero is hard, you will struggle and your life is going to be hard.
It’s the reality of life, especially as a man.
If you’re struggling and suffering right now, it’s happening for a very important reason.
How you handle these struggles decides the person you’re going to be after.
So be happy with suffering and struggling.
Know that everything life throws at you is an opportunity to level yourself up.
9. How To Treat Women
I left this one for last because it’s the topic he’s most controversial for but hear me out.
As I always say, have the robin hood mentality, take the good and leave the rest.
I’m not saying I agree with everything Tate says…
But I agree with certain aspects.
As men, we should protect and provide for women.
Men spent the largest majority of their human time going to war and dying to protect their wives and children at home.
We’re designed to protect but in today’s modern world, men are losers.
You have to take responsibility and understand you have a duty to your woman.
If you’re walking down the street with a woman and 3 people want to attack her, you have to die to protect that woman.
Some might think this is extreme but this is what it’s called to be a real man.
It comes with massive responsibility and downside.
Traditionally men are the leaders and in charge because they’re supposed to protect and provide.
As a man you have some authority over things you have responsibilities for.
Take responsibility for your women, and protect and provide for your female.
Anything violent related, the women should be nowhere near.
All of history and humanity show it’s true.
This is going to require you to level up your character.
Which is why you need to practice masculinity.
This does not make you oppressive, controlling, or toxically masculine.
It makes you a man.
These lessons I learned from Top G changed my life forever and I hope it does the same for you.
As always, you got this and I’m rooting for you.
Keep going.
“As a man if you haven’t had a difficult life, you won’t be good at being a man”
